Problem Property Investment Solutions (PPIS), LLC is a residential real estate investment firm founded in the summer of 2020 in Philadelphia, PA by Venus Bradley.  The mission of PPIS is to provide a viable solution and effective outcome to our clients, who are faced with a property problem that may have been caused through divorce, death, mortgage delinquency, job relocation or some other pressing matter that requires immediate attention. 

PPIS serves clients in the metropolitan Philadelphia region and brings a full range of expert real estate services, including consulting, buying, selling and renting houses. In a very short period of time, PPIS has earned a reputation of being able to deliver results that are met with high level client satisfaction.

Real estate is a relational business and PPIS is able to achieve successful outcomes for our clients because of the strong emphasis that is placed on building long-term relationships.  These relationships are our driving force at PPIS and have caused us to consistently perform for our clients.

Venus was awarded a dual Master's Degree in Health and Business Administration from Eastern University and utilizes her education and skillsets to provide her clients with an optimal  solution to their real estate problem.
